Viewing Documents in Concourse

Click on the link for the document. Depending on how your browser is configured, the document may open or may prompt you to choose either:
- Open to open the file in its native application. [How to configure your computer for Word docs if necessary].
- Save to save the document to your computer, requiring you to then find the file and open it manually
If you are unable to view the file by either of these methods, your computer probably does not have the proper viewing application, e.g. Word for .doc files or PowerPoint for .ppt files. In that case, you can look for a campus computer with the proper viewing application by browsing OIT's' Computer Labs and the software available in them .
If you are trying to view/listen to an audio, video or animation clip, you may need a browser plug-in.
